Collected Personal Data:

General Contact Form:

When the user contacts the company with a general inquiry, they provide their first name, last name, email address, and phone number on the site. They then leave a message.

This information is transmitted to the company via secure data exchange and allows the user to be contacted. The user's data is stored in the email software on the company's own Google servers in Europe.

Newsletter Signup Form:

When the user signs up for the newsletter, they enter their email address on the site. This information is also stored on the company's own Google servers in Europe. The site is hosted on Vercel.

Users who subscribe to the newsletter receive regular emails from the company with information about it and related topics. Each newsletter ends with a direct unsubscribe link allowing registered users to exercise their right to be forgotten. By clicking the unsubscribe link, the corresponding email address is permanently deleted from the site's database.

Right to Be Forgotten:

Users who have completed one of the contact forms have the right to be forgotten and can unsubscribe from receiving emails matching their search criteria. To do this, they send an email to the company.

Right to Erasure:

Users who have completed one of the contact forms have the right to erasure and can request the complete deletion of their personal data. The company will respond as soon as possible to personal data deletion requests submitted by email or via the general contact form, unless there is a contract between the user and the company (e.g., rental agreement, sales order) or if the company has issued an invoice to the user for a service provided.

Data Portability:

In accordance with regulation (EU) 2016/679, site users who have provided personal data via one of the contact forms have the right to request data portability from the company. To do this, they can send an email to the company or fill out the general contact form available on the site under the 'Contact' section.

Storage of Personal Data:

The company is the data controller. The personal data collected via contact forms is stored in the email software on the company's own Google servers in Europe. This data will be deleted within the legal timeframes.

Use of Cookies:

Browsing the site may result in the installation of cookies on the user's computer. A cookie is a small text file that does not identify the user but stores information about the browsing activity of a computer on the Internet. The data thus obtained should facilitate subsequent browsing on the site. The user can configure their browser to block and/or delete cookies generated by the site. However, the site's use may be affected by disabling cookies.
