General Contact Form:

When the user contacts the company with a general inquiry, they provide their name, first name, email address, and phone number on the website. They then leave a message.

This information is transmitted to the company via a secure data exchange and enables contact with the user. The user's data is stored in email software on the company's own Google servers in Europe.

When the user subscribes to the newsletter, they enter their email address on the website. This information is also stored on the company's own Google servers in Europe. The website is hosted on Vercel.

The company will respond as quickly as possible to requests for the erasure of personal data submitted by email or through the general contact form, unless there is a contract between the user and the company (e.g., lease agreement, sales order) or the company has issued an invoice to the user for the provision of a service.

Data Portability:

According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679, users of the website who have provided personal data through one of the contact forms have the right to request the portability of their personal data from the company.
