The two-phase approach we recommend most often:
- Phase 1: website including SEO and GEO
- Phase 2 (later project): CRM or internal tool
- Whether a new application is possible is confirmed case by case by the House of Entrepreneurship or the Chambre des Métiers.
What you need to qualify
An SME established in Luxembourg with a business permit, a project worth between €3,000 and €25,000 excluding VAT, applied for via MyGuichet.lu. Final eligibility is confirmed by the House of Entrepreneurship or the Chambre des Métiers.

Can I use the Digital package twice?
Each project is a separate, closed application. Many SMEs fund a website first and a CRM as a later project. Whether a new application is possible is confirmed case by case by the official bodies.
Who prepares the file?
You file the application; META supplies the detailed quote and the technical project description that form the core of the file.
When am I reimbursed?
After the project is delivered and closed, on presentation of the invoices to the official bodies.
