Unicorn Real Estate

The project

Unicorn Real Estate, a 360° real estate agency in Luxembourg and Esch-sur-Alzette and the exclusive Christie's International Real Estate affiliate in the Grand Duchy, needed a website that matched its positioning: premium, fast, multilingual and conversion-focused.

The need

Sales, rentals, new developments, prestige properties, property search, private access, rental management and syndic: the offering is broad and the clientele international. The site had to make all of this readable in French, English, German and Chinese, while showcasing the photography and graphic design that define the Unicorn brand.

Our response

We designed a clear architecture by property type and service, an effective property search with email alerts and favorites, dedicated pages for new developments and prestige properties, a private access area for off-market properties, and a solid SEO foundation for the Luxembourg market. The design remains understated and elegant, consistent with the Christie's world.
