The project
vert.lu is a Luxembourg portal connecting homeowners with building trades professionals for energy renovation work: solar, heat pumps, insulation, renovation. The platform covers the full journey from the initial request to the match, with lead generation, a subscription model and guidance on state aid.
The challenge
Luxembourg tradespeople lack qualified enquiries and lose time on subsidy paperwork. Homeowners, for their part, do not know who to turn to or which grants apply to their project.

Results
Several hundred real enquiries have been handled, mainly in solar. The shared-lead model lowers the cost per lead for each business, and the platform runs continuously with a dedicated sales team.
